Programming

PROGRAMMING

Bespoke Streetlifting Coaching to fit your lifestyle, your needs and most importantly, your goals! 

 

All training plans include evidence-based guidance on technique, sports psychology and training. 

We serve athletes both in creating monthly training programmes. We work with athletes just discovering Streetlifting right through to athletes at the highest levels of competition.

 

Outside of training, we strive to educate and provide resources to drive the strength community forward and into the future. 

SOLO

Solo is for the athlete with a bit more experience who is confident working independently.  With this plan you will receive a full programme including accessoreis and prehab exercises. You will have a 1-1 catch up session per month (In person/Online) to go through any questions/thoughts you have, any changes to your programme and to go through aims and focuses for that particular cycle. You may also send up to 5 videos per week for you coach to give you feedback on which we get back to you within 48 hours.

  • Aimed at athletes who are confident working independently and have a good understanding of exercises and movements. 

  • Monthly 1-1 catch ups

  • Feedback/support within 48hrs of request

*Athletes that represent Kultured Strength in competition.

SUPPORTED

Supported is for the beginner athlete that needs a little more guidance. With this plan you will receive a full programme including accessoreis and prehab exercises. You will have one 1-1 catch up session per week (In person/Online) to go through any questions/thoughts you have, any changes to your programme and to go through aims and focuses for that particular cycle. You may also send up to 10 videos per week for you coach to give you feedback on which we get back to you within 24 hours.

  • Aimed at beginner athletes who are looking to have more guidance. 

  • Weekly 1-1 catch ups

  • Feedback/support within 24hrs of request

Personal Training

PERSONAL TRAINING

Streetlifting specific coaching sessions to refine and improve your lifts. These sessions will give you a better understanding of each lift therefore helping you to progress more efficiently and effectively.

  • Increase Confidence 

  • Improve technique 

  • Improve Performance

  • Learn effective warm up strategies

  • Plan for your continued progress.

SINGLE SESSIONS

This service offers a look into a single lift. Together we will focus on one lift within a Session developing the appropriate mechanics and techniques required for you to progress in that particular Streetlifting lift.

BLOCK OF 4 SESSIONS

This service offers a detailed approach to each lift. Together we will focus on one lift per Session developing the appropriate mechanics and techniques required for you to progress in your strength training across all 4 Streetlifting lifts.

COMPETITION/MEET DAY SUPPORT

We offer Comp/Meet day support, where our coaches will travel with the athlete to the comp/meet and provide guidance and support throughout the entire day.

  • Create goals for the competition and help the athlete stick to those goals

  • Guidance of all of the rules and regulations 

  • Guidance on how the athlete should warm up effectively 

  • Guidance on what the athlete should open with

  • Guidance on what subsequent attempts the athlete should go floor based on their previous lift(s)

  • Help with 'no rep' appeals

  • Help with sticking to the plan and keeping the athlete motivate
